Quadrant of a Point
Report which quadrant a point sits in, or 0 on an axis.
Input format
A single line with two integers X and Y, the coordinates of a point.
Output format
Print the quadrant number 1, 2, 3, or 4, or 0 if the point lies on an axis.
Constraints
- Values fit in a 64-bit signed integer
- Trailing whitespace and a trailing newline are ignored by the judge
