Index of the Maximum
Print the index of the largest element in an array.
Input format
The first line contains N. The second line contains N space-separated integers.
Output format
Print the 0-based index of the largest element. If the maximum appears more than once, print the first such index.
Constraints
- Values fit in a 64-bit signed integer
- Trailing whitespace and a trailing newline are ignored by the judge
